New Classes and Courses

We’re introducing some brand new classes and courses to our schedule for the summer that aim to bring greater balance to the body and mind – starting the week beginning 5 June.

Following the popularity of Mick Timpson’s mindful meditation courses, we’re adding a Yoga & Meditation drop in class with Mick every Monday 7.30-8.30pm. This is an inspiring class that will guide you inwards and help cultivate a calm and collected state of mind.

On Tuesdays we are adding an extra Ashtanga class 7.30-8.15pm with Donna McCafferey, a dynamic practice that not only builds strength and flexibility, but through repetition of a set sequence, helps you cultivate a calm and steady mind.

And on Wednesdays, we’ll be offering a Yoga Improvers 6 Week Course with Jane Craggs, designed to provide a deeper foundation to your yoga practice. This course is ideal for those who have already completed a beginners course or those with some yoga experience who want a firm grounding in the basic principles of yoga.
