Up for a challenge? Come and practice with us every day for 21 days!
Attend any of our classes every day for 21 days and see your body and mind transformed, if you make it to the end we’ll gift you 15% off your next 10 or 20 class pass as a reward.
The challenge is open to everyone, from beginner to intermediate and even our teachers.
It’s up to you whether you practice entirely hot yoga or mix it up with both hot and non-hot classes such as ashtanga, vinyasa flow, kundalini and jivamukti. (We’d advise you take at least one of your 21 days to let your body rest in a yin or yoga nidra class but again, that’s totally up to you!)
As long as you sign in every day for 21 consecutive days, you’ll have completed the challenge.
The challenge will start from Monday 24th October, but you can begin your 21 days at any time. Simply drop in and sign your name on our challenge board with the date you started.
The challenge is open to new students on the 21 day introductory offer, drop ins and long standing members alike.

Tuesday Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course
With Karen Hadgett
This 6 week course introduces the classic body of yoga postures (asanas) and basic sequences, including sun salutations. A focus on healthy alignment principles and an introduction to breathing practices (pranayama) will help build strength, flexibility and create a foundation for your yoga practice.
In this course, students will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher week to week providing an ideal environment for learning.
