Charlene McAuley, the creator of YogaMotion™, will guide you through variations every step of the way, encouraging self-trust and belief, so you create a bespoke practice to satisfy your individual needs. The total cost of this 5 day retreat is £860. To secure your place a £200 deposit is required.
What is included
- 5 nights full board in shared accommodation (private rooms are available at extra cost);
- 6 days practice – consisting of 3 hour daily workshops, combining breathing (pranayama), asana and mediation, and lighter evening Yin / Meditation / Yoga Nidra;
- Excursion to Benirras beach; Las Dalias night markets and Aguas Blancas or Cala Llenya beach;
- All drinks and meals at the villa (locally grown, seasonal and nutritious and cooked in house) including:
- Fresh juices and /or smoothies, teas, infusions, filtered water, drinks during meals;
- Wholesome vegetarian brunch made with seasonal ingredients;
- All day tea station and fresh fruit, afternoon ‘tea’ and late night healthy snacks;
Transport to and from Ibiza Airport to the retreat venue at selected times.

The Andalucía Eco Retreat will be our home for the week. Located in the stunning Guadalhorce River National Park and set within acres of fruit orchards and relaxing gardens this is one of the best retreat and event venues on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. Andalucía Eco Retreat really is a unique and fun environment and is a world away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Malaga, yet only two minutes from the nearest village of Cartama
A nutritious and delicious plant based & vegetarian menu prepared by our own private chef will be served for the duration of your stay (breakfast, lunch & dinner included) .We can accommodate any food sensitivities please advise us upon booking.

This November from 7th-21st Jane is taking a group of very lucky people to one of the last wilderness places in India.
The Kumaon in the Himalayas is a heart opening, awe inspiring place of extraordinary beauty. We will stay at beautiful Eco Dunagiri retreat where we will be looked after by the amazing Piyush Kumar and Katherine Jane and their wonderful team.
We will practice yoga and meditation each day with the mountains behind us and eagle dotted sky above us, we will trek to the most inspiring spiritual sites and feel natures power supporting us on our journeys.

Meet the Teachers
Donna’s spiritual journey began after experiencing a solar eclipse in India in 1995.
Shortly after that, she took a silent Vipassana retreat followed by a number of others, which changed her as a person and prepared her for when she found yoga, via an Ashtanga Vinyasa class which she happened across on her way to the beach in Goa in 1998.

Tuesday Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course

This 6 week course introduces the classic body of yoga postures (asanas) and basic sequences, including sun salutations. A focus on healthy alignment principles and an introduction to breathing practices (pranayama) will help build strength, flexibility and create a foundation for your yoga practice.
In this course, students will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher week to week providing an ideal environment for learning.
