Ashleigh

Ashleigh Edwards

My style of teaching is relaxed, offering a practice accessible to everybody. I offer a laid back, safe and welcoming environment to truly let go and focus inwards.

My yoga journey began in 2017 when I moved back home from university; I was lost with no direction. The yoga classes I attended brought balance in both my mind and body and I became quickly engrossed in the practice.

I decided to do a Yoga Foundation Course, to dive deeper into yoga philosophy. I then began my BWYQ L4 Certificate in Yoga Teaching course over 18 months, and have recently qualified with The British Wheel of Yoga.

My passion is to help people feel the way I felt after my yoga classes.

Beth-moran

Bethany Moran

As an instrumentalist and classical singer, Beth was drawn to yoga in 2012 as a practice to support her creative practice and performance anxiety.

She was firstly drawn towards the benefits yoga had upon her mental health. It created more mental space, openness in the body and a sense of freedom in mind and breath after practicing.

Yoga helped to ground her energy and find focus for performances, discipline and positive mindset towards practice, performance anxiety and imposters syndrome.
Helping to build up a relationship with her body and breath to further support her vocal health and mental health.

Beth currently teaches singing and yoga, integrating the two; finding parallels between breath, posture, mindset, confidence, creativity, freedom in Self.
She is passionate about empowering her students to find the tools that work for them. Deepening self-inquiry and curiosity towards their potential, how it is ever-expanding.

To guide her students to be their own teachers, over time knowing how to care for their own mind, body and souls with an assortment of tools.

Beth offers 1:1 singing and yoga classes on top of studio and community classes.

Donna

Donna McCafferey

Donna began practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Rolf Naujokat at the end of 1998 and started teaching in 2012 after realising how much the practice had transformed her life. Donna completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with John Scott in 2014 as well as trainging with David Swenson. In 2017 Donna was authorized by Manju Jois to teach the Primary and Intermediate series of the Ashtanga method and is now registered with Independent Yoga Network as a 500 hour teacher.
Donna is dedicated to the Ashtanga system and loves the logic of it: the counted vinyasa system helps students to focus during class but can be modified to suit different bodies.

This practice has transformed Donna's life and love's the idea that, through yoga, she can help others to find their own light.
