In this series of four workshops, Danny and Fiona will guide you through four different mandala vinyasa and yin yoga sequences designed to balance the chakras and restore a sense of wellbeing to the body.
Each week will be dedicated to a different element, (Earth, Water, Air, Fire) and linked to a chakra. You will learn to use healing practices such as dynamic asana, chanting and visualisation to access your inner strength and innate wisdom.
Week 1 - 7 October: Earth ~ Forward folds. Getting grounded.
Week 2 - 14 October: Water ~ Hip openers. Finding the freedom to feel.
Week 3 - 21 October: Fire ~ Twists. Harnessing your inner fire. Setting goals.
Week 4 - 28 October: Air ~ Backbends. Dreaming big and taking flight.
Each session can be taken as a standalone workshop or as a series for a complete journey through the elements.

Meet the Teachers
After dabbling with various types of yoga, Beth discovered Kundalini yoga on a retreat in Egypt in 2007 and quickly realised how powerful this practice was, making her feel great both during and after.
Kundalini yoga allowed her to reach a place of peace in a particularly difficult and stressful time in her life, and she soon realised that she wanted to share this life changing practice with others.
Beth’s classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam(breathing), mantra and meditation, which will teach you the art of relaxation, self healing and mental elevation. Her passion for music and mantras is evident in her powerful and uplifting classes which are taught in a loving, warm and compassionate way.
