Yoga for Stress Release Workshop

This workshop will help to release negative emotions held in the body and take you into a deep relaxation. Making you feel free from stress and anxiety and helping you to protect
yourself from those emotions moving forward.
Starting with Pranayama (breath awareness)
Slow twisting flow
Yin Yoga sequence (postures held between 3 and 10 mins)
Thai yoga massage techniques for relaxation
Yoga Nidra for stress release and protection from future incoming stresses (a yogic sleep
a state between consciousness and sleeping)
Finishing with a guided meditation.
Cleansing the body and mind for new beginnings.
All levels welcome.
