Yoga for Stress Release Workshop
With Sue Diamond (Hodgkinson)

In this nourishing workshop, Sue will help you to de-stress and reset through releasing negative emotions and guiding you into a deep state of relaxation.
The workshop will include the following to help cleanse your mind and body for new beginnings:
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Slow twisting flow
- Yin yoga sequence (releasing postures held between 3 and 10 mins).
- Thai yoga massage techniques for relaxation
- Yoga Nidra for stress release and protection from future incoming stresses (a yogic sleep a state between consciousness and sleeping)
- A closing meditation.
All levels welcome.

Meet the Teachers
Donna’s spiritual journey began after experiencing a solar eclipse in India in 1995.
Shortly after that, she took a silent Vipassana retreat followed by a number of others, which changed her as a person and prepared her for when she found yoga, via an Ashtanga Vinyasa class which she happened across on her way to the beach in Goa in 1998.
